Welcome to VFX Oasis!
VFX Oasis just launched and we are so excited to get our assets in your hands! This post is going to lay out all of the amazing opportunities VFX Oasis currently offers and some of our future plans!
First of all, how to browse our assets. At the top of the page, click on the "VFX" tab and select from all the different options. For now we only feature footage and HDRI's in paid and free packs. To access the free assets, click the "free VFX assets" page to see all of the free assets. We plan to constantly update this free section with new assets for you to use! Check out our community discord for notifications on sales and new free product releases.
Next is our community options. At the top of the site you will see a community section. Our discord channel is where most of the users will be interacting and where most of our team will be active. We have custom channels and rewards for our discord that you can customize yourself to cater to your needs. We also offer courses and tutorials that should assist you in your journey of learning VFX. Tutorials and courses will feature our products and look out for certain bundles that will make it cheaper.
The section you're on now will be where we release blogs about BTS content as well as news to the VFX Industry and updates to the website. This is where you can find more information about the future of VFX Oasis and read about everything on our mind!
After you make a purchase or download a free asset, you can access your content at many different locations. The easiest is to click the "your downloads" section at the top. Also in your account section, you can view your orders and access your content that way as well. You will have to create an account to access any of our products even the free assets. You can view our privacy policy and terms of service at the bottom of the page.
Also review our refund policy any time at the bottom of the page as well. We do offer 30 day refunds, however, each case is reviewed and determined by a case by case basis. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, you don't like the product, or improper use. Most of the refunds we automatically approve are related to backend issues such as faulty downloads, missing files, or issues on our end. Because we offer digital downloads, this is a necessary step to avoid misuse and stolen content.
Finally we offer community incentives to help build our community and give you some major discounts. At many places throughout the site you will see links to go to submit your work. If you've made something using any of our assets you can submit your work to be featured on our site and social media. Once you submit your work, you'll receive a one-time use 25% off coupon you can use on the site for your next purchase! Not only we you have the chance to get your work seen by more people, but also you get automatic discounts. More discount opportunities will pop up in the future so stay tuned for more ways to save!
